Lisa Grams, UL Solutions

Lisa Grams is Vice President of Product Management for TIC Industrial at UL Solutions, where she leads product strategy, portfolio management, and growth initiatives across the company’s Built Environment, Energy & Industrial Automation, Engineered Materials, and Advisory operating units. Her experience spans product management, commercialization, digital innovation, and business transformation, and she specializes in helping organizations translate emerging market trends into scalable growth opportunities. Lisa is actively involved in industry collaboration and standards development through organizations including Current/OS, the Open Compute Project (OCP), NFPA, and IEC, helping advance the future of energy infrastructure, data centers, and industrial technologies. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago.
