Ken Boyce, UL Solutions

Kenneth Boyce is the vice president of Engineering for UL Solutions' industrial testing, inspection and certification business, serving as global chief technical officer for several business units. With decades of leadership experience in safety engineering, he works with the U.S. Department of Energy, national laboratories and academic institutions on research initiatives advancing energy and safety. He serves on multiple industry and academic advisory boards and is a frequent speaker and author on energy, safety, risk management, sustainability and technology. Boyce holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and is a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois.
