Tomas Reiter received the B.Sc. and Diploma degrees in electrical engineering and information technology from the Technical University of Munich, Munich, Germany, and the Dr. Ing. degree from the Institute for Energy Conversion Technology, Technical University of Munich, in 2005, 2006, and 2012, respectively. He was with BMW Group, Munich, as a participant of the Ph.D. Student Program, from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, he joined the Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, where he is currently an Application Engineer responsible for automotive IGBT power modules. His current research interests include auxiliary systems in the hybrid and electric vehicles, HV to LV dc/dc converters, and on-board chargers.
