LED Driver. Power factor corrected.
There are many solutions, selection depends on requrements - output power, voltage, current, cost, topology, isolated/non-isolated, dimming etc. Have a look at Silergy portfolio, for example...

AC Voltage Meter - Non Transformer Solution
What about E-metering AFE (similar IC that is used in E-Meters) ? It can use shunt as current sensor, resistive divider as voltage sensor and provide your host MCU with full information on consumption - active/reactive/apparent energy, RMS voltage & current and so on... Such ICs are manufactures...

AC voltage meter
What kind of power you need to measure - active (real), reactive, apparent ? Easiest and most reliable way is to use solution that is used in E-Meters (AFE) - it can fullfill most reqiuirements. Hope 0.1% accuracy is OK (if you can calibrate it once).

Help Wanted: 8 Current Sensor Signal to RS232 Signal
Yes, I evaluated 78M6618 IC some time ago... You can try contacting Silergy distributors for obtaining this IC - f.e. Future Electronics or Computer Controls. Or send your request to Silergy directly - they will forward your request to responsible partner. What country you are located ?

Help Wanted: 8 Current Sensor Signal to RS232 Signal
This task could be done easily with specialized ICs - f.e. 78M6618 by Silergy can perform current measurements for 8 loads and forward this information to your MCU via I2C I/F.
